On 19 July 2025 Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting (the Meeting) of Toorak Prahran Cricket Club will be a virtual online meeting on 13 August 2025 at 7pm(AEST).

TPCC is pleased to provide members with the opportunity participate in the virtual only Meeting through an online meeting platform where members will be able to watch, listen, and vote online.

If you wish to virtually attend the Meeting (which will be broadcast as a live webinar), please click on this link https://www.trybooking.com/DDWZL or scan this QR code so you may receive the link prior to the AGM to attend the virtual Meeting.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation containing information on how to attend the virtual Meeting.

Members will be able to vote and ask questions at the virtual Meeting.

The Association will also provide Members with the opportunity to ask questions during the Meeting in respect to the formal items of business as well as general questions in respect to the Association and its business.

Members who join the virtual Meeting will have the opportunity to:

·         ask questions online of the Chair

·         hear the responses to questions asked online during the Meeting; and

·         cast a vote on the resolutions to be considered at the Meeting.

The primary items of formal business to be considered by the Meeting are:

a)    Election of office bearers and committee members

b)    Election of lifemember

Voting

Members will be able to vote as follows:

a)    Proxy- To vote by proxy, please complete and sign the Proxy Form attached to the attached notice of meeting and return by the time and in accordance with the instructions set out on the Proxy Form. In order for your vote to count you will need to lodge your proxy form no later than 7pm AEST) on 12 August 2025,this being 24 hours prior to the commencement of the Meeting.

b)    Vote online – you will be able to vote online during the meeting.
